Descriptive-Motivational part:

Nugzar and Ana Bagration-Gruzinsky referred to the Civil Cases Board of Tbilisi City Court against The Prince Davit Bagration Mukhran Batonishvili and requested:

  • To prohibit to the Prince Davit Bagration Mukhran Batonishvili using of the name of the Head of the Royal House, using of the name of the Royal Family of Georgia and transfer of the orders in the name of the Royal Family of Georgia.
  • To order to the defendant the Prince Davit Bagration Mukhran Batonishvili rejection of the notices allocated at the internet-page www.royalhouseofgeorgia.ge, by means of which the latter refers to himself as the Head of the Royal House and the Prince, and the own family members – the members of the Royal Family.
  • To order to the defendant the Prince Davit Bagration Mukhran Batonishvili in favor of the claimants to compensate moral (non-proprietary) damage in amount of symbolic 1 GEL.

The court on basis of the materials presented in the case, hearing of the positions of the parties and interrogation of the specialists, considered that the claim Nugzar and Ana Bagrationi against the Prince Davit Bagration Mukhran Batonishvili shall remain without consideration
