Meeting at the Government of Serbia

On December 7th 2021, the Palace of Serbia in Novi Beograd was a scene of a very important, interesting and beneficient meeting for te Royal House of Georgia and their esteemed and high ranking hosts in Belgrade. It’s worth saying that The Palace of Serbia is a representative building which was constructed 1947-1959 and formerly known as The Palace of Federal Exacutive Council 1. It’s currently used by the Government of Serbia and houses several cabinet level ministries and Government agencies.

His Royal Highness Crown Prince Davit Bagration Muhranbatoni, Head of the Royal House of Georgia , accompanied by Mr Aleksandar O. Djurdjev, Deputy in The Assembly of The Autonomous Province of Vojvodina and Rector of The Order of the Eagle of Georgia and the Seamless Tunic of our Lord Jesus Christ for Serbia and Reverend Father Deacon Hadzi Nenad M. Jovanovich, Secretary of The Centre for Research of Orthodox Monarchism and Chaplain of the Georgian Royal Orders in Serbia, have been greeted and welcomed for this useful meeting and reception by His Excellency Mr Milan Krkobabich, Minister for Rural Welfare in The Government of Serbia. 

For this occasion His Excellency was joined and assisted by Mr Goran Milenkovich, Assistant Minister in The Ministry of Rural Welfare in The Government of Serbia; Mr Stefan Krkobabich, Deputy Speaker of The National Assembly of The Republic of Serbia and Mr Dragan M. Markovich, Member of Parliament in The National Assembly of The Republic of Serbia.

The meeting, which was extremely informative and useful for both sides, took place at the Montenegrin Salon of the Palace, and the high interlocutors have reached several most inportant conclusions and achieved some highly useful agreements, which could boost further cooperation in the domain of cultural exchange, cooperation in the domain of diplomatic relations and traffic, but mostly in the domain of expertise and competence of the Ministry in question.

In conclusion of this significant meeting, His Highness also visited the representative Yugoslavia Hall in The Palace of Serbia, followed by numerous other activities, aimed at promoting cultural exchange and cooperation between the two fraternal peoples, who should be even more committed to each other in this world, submitted to global dominance which is not inclined or benevolent to smaller nations, if they don’t support and back each other in preservation of their own identity and mutual interests.
